Intensive traffic stops in Louisville’s West End are harassment and need to end

What happened to 18-year-old Tae-Ahn Lea shouldn’t happen to anyone. And the fact that he lives in a high-crime area doesn’t make it acceptable for Louisville police to treat him like a criminal — pulling him from his vehicle, frisking him and handcuffing him for a minor traffic offense. That’s harassment, whether you live in the East End or West End. And it’s unacceptable.
